Standart 7-zip sfx modules (7z.sfx, 7zCon.sfx) does not work with Deflate and Deflate64 methods, however, i can compile this modules to work with Deflate and Deflate64 compression methods, if somebody needs it.cheesecake wrote:I hardly understand why it's disabled.
7zip probably doesn't have the option to choose deflate/deflate64/Bzip2 method for self-extracting files, which means users actually don't have the chance to see an error window.
On the other hand, isn't it good that 7z wcx can do more than the program?
UDP: this things already have been implemented http://7zsfx.info/ru/
Sorry for my english too...

I have copy and overwrite fiels directyl from archiv file on XPsp3 and TC 7.04 is shut down, from XP.
This is the archiv file (3.0.8pre)
http://marilab.hp.infoseek.co.jp/buildfx/index_en.html
If I unpack the archiv file with 0.6.3, its works fine and I can overwrite my old files in antoher dir (for this example, in firefox install dir).
0.6.3 is not good enoughDuny wrote:Hi, all!

Updated Danish translation for v. 0.6.4 can be downloaded at: http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/7zip_danish_064.7z
(please don't change the coding og the danish.lng file)
Note, there seems to be a bug reading the translation strings 100 and 101:
If I open the 7zip settings dialog without any language file, then "Non-solid "is the first option in the "Solid Block Size:" selectbox.
But if I use english.lng as 7zip.lng then the first option in the "Solid Block Size:" selectbox is: "solid"
Wich of the two is correct?

If I set the Compression method to BZip2 Total Commander freezes and must be killed with Task Manager

Well - if I dont choose a file time setting, I get this date:
28-12-1957 10:51
It seems to just use random data from memory. If I close TC and start again I get another invalid date.
