I'm not satisfied with the new location of the Options button on the Copy/Move dialog window. In my opinion it is better to have the OK - F2 - Tree and Cancel buttons in the bottom and the Options button above it on the right site (with show/hide functionality). It's ok though to have the Advanced options shown below the buttons like it is now when "options" is clicked and shown. Just don't want anything below the buttons when "Options" is not shown.
I like B better, but with the result picture below picture A I would "Options >>" to be like "Options <<" so you can switch it off again.
Your example A is indeed not the right choice. If the whole button would disappear then I would suggest to have the buttons (OK, F2, Tree, Cancel) below the Advanced options.

Nope. I'd like to have it where it is now but without disappearing after click so I could hide advanced options right away without need for Esc + start copy again. The only alternate solution which might be handy for me is to have no button BUT "advanced area" always visible.I don't simply like cat&mouse game

Many users == many opinions
I prefer to have it closer to are which is changed. Take a look on applications with checkboxes which switch between enable/disable states of other controls. Dependent controls are always close to "switcher". That way users' eyes are focused on one place. Since this button imitates checkbox functionality it should follow its placement too.

IMO it is more logical to have the Options button above the OK button, NOT below it. AFAIK all programs that I know have the main choice buttons in the bottom, not somewhere in between.
In current situation I'm pressing "Options >>" where I wanted to press "OK".
I think the Options should always be displayed.
Why the Options-Button?
Besides it looks strange, with the hanging Button down there.
Then one can also move the "Copy NTFS-Permissions" Checkbox down.
"Copy NTFS-Permissions" is finally a "Option", too.

Well, I will made a test how it looks on Win98 in safe mode. If ok, I will apologize to you.
Yes, not very beautiful, but usable.
So I agree with fenix_productions
I'd like to have Options visible whole of the time.
