TC6: Search - listbox bug?

I found something I think is a bug in TC6. Please correct me if I'm wrong

1. Do a file search which return any number of files
2. Feed to listbox
3. In the list; no matter which file I select (using arrow up/down), hitting F3 (view) will open the topmost file.
4. If the file is selected by mouseclicking it, it opens OK

Is this a "feature"?

It works ok at my computer (WinNT), it opens the file I selected.
