[Bug][MRT]Unexpected String in Filename and Ext Boxes

Post by *cnnnc »

My OS is Windows XP SP2 ChineseSimplified Edition with most SafeUpdates
MY TC is 7.5 beta1

First FilenameValue is [N], ExtensionValue is [E]. Then I click the button(s) below them, e.g. I click [YMD] button, but now FilenameValue is:
[N][YMD]況嫜
Not I expected:
[N][YMD]

Other button below FilenameBox is like that.
ExtensionBox sometime is OK, Sometime is wrong.

BTW, TC7.04a is OK.

Thanks for your report. I cannot confirm it with default (German) XP language settings, but I will try to reproduce it with locale set to Chinese Simplified.

Do you get this also with the plugins button, or only with fixed fields like [N] or [C] buttons?

Yes, I get this also with the plugins button.
But a strange is that's OK on Windows XP Home Edition ChineseSimplified Without any SP. This really makes me confused.

I could reproduce the problem with Chinese locale now, and I could already fix it for the next beta. Thanks for reproting it! Please test it again when the next beta will be released.
