gnu-pg plugin

hi,
i`m looking for some kind of a gnu-pg pluin. gnu-pg is a opensource en/decryption-tool wich supported blowfish, twofish, 3des, aes, cast5 .... en/decryption methods, several hash-standards and rsa-key`s. i`ve found the aes-plugin, but i think the integration of gpg is the better way.
unfortionally i`ve got no idea how to do this - i`m not a programmer (and my english is very bad to - sorry). is there anybody who is interessted and able to build this plugin?
