Wrong tabs menu placement
When you invoke cm_DirTabsShowMenu command, tab's menu appears at mouse cursor position.
I think it is a bug because when you use keyboard:
- buttons menus appear below them,
- directory hotlist - top of the panel,
- cm_SrcCustomViewMenu - top of the panel.
Menu should be close to the element it affects IMHO.
For me calling cm_DirTabsShowMenu feels strange because, in most of the cases, when I use TC I tend to remove mouse cursor from my view. Sometimes I also have cursor on opposite panels side and it misleads me then.

Sorry, I had to postpone that until after public beta 2.

RMB? Right mouse button menu?
It's already shown at the file position when you press Shift+F10 or the menu key...

No we don't! cm_DirTabsShowMenu was showing the menu at the mouse cursor position, but cm_ContextMenu doesn't do that...

It is still showing menu there for mouse click and that is what I am trying to tell. I'd really like to see tab menu appearing below the tab even after right click on it. That's all.ghisler(Author) wrote:No we don't! cm_DirTabsShowMenu was showing the menu at the mouse cursor position, but cm_ContextMenu doesn't do that...
I am sorry but it's hard to explain it clearly due to similar names of the features.
Also I am not writing about cm_ContextMenu at all. I've just referred to private board topic (?t=3954) because of similarity of this issue.

I see - sorry, no other program would show the menu somewhere else when you right click with the mouse, it's not what the user expects. This entire bug report was about what happens when the user opens the menu with the keyboard. Then it really makes no sense to show the menu near the mouse cursor.
