Overlay Icons In Root Menu

I am Using Vista Ultimate and I find out this U dont Know if this is intentional or not but I want to see the 1st images icons with the Overlays enabled

Sorry for not answering earlier. I have tested it now under Vista. It's the same bug which is already present in Windows XP or earlier (wrong overlay icon), but it's now worse because Vista shows a non-overlay instead of the overlay.

I have found a workaround which I will include in the next update.

In TC 7.50 public beta 4 the icon overlay settings doesn't matter. The icon is displayed correctly in both cases.
Tested on Vista x64.
