when i have some linked apps in startermenu, theres no icons behind them
i think that can be a good feature for 7.50

I don't speak German but...
1. You need to add icon into WCMICONS.DLL
2. You need to add into WCMICONS.INC line like 701=88, where 701 is an index of menu item (701 is equal to cm_UserMenu1) and 88 is an icon index in WCMICONS.DLL.
It isn't easy way because you need to edit WCMICONS.DLL with resource editor, and should not to move menu item from specified position. But this way available just now.
