Hm, what is wrong with getting the skins from the original download location, i.e. from http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/avskinspack.html?
(The cafe naver com site is not needed at all to get the original download file composed by Nikolay Petrochenko.)

if it is not in one week downloaded, it's be down,

also, please, take it and upload/ host it on other place !

and p.s.: as an standalone-skinpack on ampview it's bad,
shold be directly linking at the page of ampview !! (as -> here the skinpack)
or make it all in one..
