750PB1:Synchronize window, dirs shown in white when selected

Post by *alm »

Just discovered that there is a difference between 7.04a and 7.50pb1 in the colors of the selection of directories (which you get after a compare). When a directory is selected the color is white with 7.50pb1 and with 7.04a it was just grey (as it was without selection).

It would make more sense if it was grey, but a bit more 'greyer' to show that it is selected.

The behaviour is by design, because in TC 7.5 it now maters whether a directory is selected or not. In TC 7.04a it didn't matter, the operations worked on files only.

I don't see the difference, only when the checkbox "Empty Directories" is selected but even then I wonder why it is white now. I hope we're talking about the same though and not something different. ;)

Actually it wasn't white on my PC, so I didn't notice the problem until I tested it with another theme. The selected folders need to have a different color so they can be distinguished from unselected folders, this matters for the right click menu now. TC tries to pick a good color depending on the normal folder color, but by mistake it was using white in some cases...

Well, I didn't mention it for nothing did I. Anyways, I'm happy you saw the light on this matter.
