Could it be that what has been confirmed here is actually that the problem reported by MarianD in this thread, After copy to ZIP file is ZIP file damaged, has been fixed?
The filename ú.txt had not been mentioned in this thread before, but in the other one. And the encountered problem matches the other thread, not this one.

Problem, i.e. access violation at 0046DDCA, read of address 0000006A, confirmed for Total Commander 7.04a.
Problem could not be reproduced using Total Commander 7.50 PB3, PB4 and PB5.
Testing environment:
+ Windows Vista Home Premium, 32bit
+ Total Commander 7.04a
+ Total Commander 7.50 PB3, PB4, PB5
Summary:
The reported problem does no longer occur using Total Commander 7.50 pb5.
