When I copy or move a 5 GB folder containing many subfolders and files from partition D:\ to partition E:\, I patiently wait for it to finish, when two minutes later, TC told me that there's NOT ENOUGH SPACE in E:\!
Well, it's true, but why can't TC FIRST calculate before even starting the job? Now it's half done, and I have to manually find out which portions have been moved and which part remains in D:\
When you burn a CD, your CD burning software calculates the size first.
Why can't TC perform such a basic function?
(I know, when you are ready to copy/move, TC will calculate the size of your file. But that's far from what we need here. If we do everything by the eye or hand, what is a computer for?)
If this is not a bug but by design, please consider this as a suggestion.

TC warns only when a file wouldn't fit, not when the entire copy job wouldn't fit.
