AmpView 3.2 beta 10 - .mid files won't play!

Post by *gewone »

Hiya!

I'm using Total Commander v7.04a, and the neat AmpView plugin. It works flawless on MP3 files, aswell as on .XM/.MOD-like files. However, when playing .MID files, it's as if it were on mute. I mean, the progress bar is moving and all, but there is no sound. Niet, like 'em Russians would say. What could be the issue? I tried downloading latest bassmidi.dll from UnSeen, but after replacing the enclosed bassmidi.dll, then AmpView wouldn't even launch with a midi file. Gosh. All propositions are welcome here! ;)

Regards~

Maybe MID is just muted in the "speaker" control panel applet? It's called "SW Synthesizer" or so, and it's separate from Wave, Line in etc.
