Where are this menus (screenshots) from?

You can customise/change the menu layout in Configuration/Display/Icons/Icons in main menu.
If you use Icons in the main menu the TC draw/use his own menu.
Without Icons the TC use the Defaults from the Operating System.

Ok, I disable icons in main menu and now it looks like native. Thnx!

But why not to use native menu with custom icons mode?

Yes, menu themes could be used with icons, also in owner-draw mode. Unfortunately it's only supported in Vista and later, and the documentation is very bad, so I have to guess what the various parts and styles really mean. Since it's Vista only, there aren't many code samples on how to do it either...
