I have a folder with admin-access on my flash, I enter it through 'as admin' button in TC. Trying to copy a file into this folder, but there already exists file with such name...
But instead of overwriting dialog I see dialog 'a directory with name bla-bla-bla already exists'... It is strange because TC shows this file as a FILE, so it should know its attributes (i.e. that it is not a directory).
I tried to reproduce problem, same thing:
0. You need UAC.
1. Create somewhere a folder 000 and put a file test.txt into.
2. Edit folder's permissions, delete all users except administrator.
3. Try to enter folder in TC, choose 'as admin'.
4. Try to copy a file test.txt into it.
TC says that directory 'test.txt' exists and that file will be copied into it.
Copy into a file

Thanks, I can confirm the problem in the foreground, but not in the background (F5 - F2). I will try to find a workaround.
