Since the error is in FsExecuteFile of the plugin, it's probably in code which tries to follow symbolic links. Are there any in the directory structure which you are trying to copy?

No, there seems to be no symbolic links in directory structure being copied.

Can you create a log file via Configuration - Options - FTP? File system plugins are logged in the ftp log. Maybe you can find out this way where it stops.
