Enter in Sync window

When listbox is empty (e.g. after successful sync operation or if you turn all filter buttons off) and has focus on Enter TC 7.50a and 7.04a show quick search dialog O_o once I even had an exception in TC in this way (sorry I didn't copy report).

This isn't a bug - when you press a key there, then TC will start quick search. The character is added to quick search only when it is found.

Yes, I see, search works!
But why search opens when I press Enter? This is an invalid key...

Because I don't use any spacial handling for ENTER in this case. There are certainly many other keys which open the quick search dialog here. It's simply not feasible to try to catch them all.
