Selection (Save/Load) + Filter Selected Files

1. Selection commands that accept a filename parameter:
   Can be assigned to a button/em_cmd and no "Open File Dialog"
   • SAVESELECTION <file>
   • LOADSELECTION <file>
2. "Selected File" Filters:
   That function like normal Panel Filters (for a single Tab), and aren't reset when
   • Deleting files, or
   • Switching Tabs
   Implementation by either:
   1. Lock Selected Files, for Tabs.
      Which can be used in addition to one of the two normal Tab Locks.
   2. cm_ToggleFilterOnlySelected
      When placed in the MainMenu a checkbox would show when active.
3. Per Tab Filters
   A command toggle to make any Filter apply to the current Tab only.
   So it wont globally affect the whole Panel.

I believe I've seen #3 requested before; Listed as it's relevant to the overall suggestion(s).
