How to run apps as Administrator from the Button Bar?

I have tried pressing Ctrl-Shift method but no use at all.

Currently you can't. Only if you will use external tool for elevating process that you want to launch (like my little Sudo. You should read this: http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=18440
