Don't set current folder to junction target

In some cases (I guess when folder content cannot retrieved for permission reasons) TC changes the current folder to the link target. This is really annoying when performing the "go to parent folder" command. I think there is no reason not to handle this transparently.

Confirm, I noticed this also. But you sure that TC does it for junctions and not for symlinks? If you have no plugin to determine reparse point type, you may open folder's properties - for symlinks there will be special tab with symlink target.
