I suppose I am trying to clarify my understanding of how the zip packer should work when I select "Overwrite all older".
From my experience, when trying to update files in a zip file, files with exactly the same timestamp are also being zipped again.
This doesn't sound correct to me... Any comments?

I cannot reproduce that, I have just tested it. My guess is that the timestamps differ slighly, maybe because of the daylight saving time change? Then they would differ by exactly one hour. There is an option in the configuration to ignore such a difference of exactly one hour.
