Clear private data on close

Post by *Correttore »

I suggest an option to clear the "private data" when total commander is closed (like in the browser). Clear visited directories, searched files, replaced patterns, executed commands ...

You may redirect all this data to separate INI file and use batch to remove it after closing TC (you may place this file to temp folder). Also you may disable saving dirs, state of panels, command lines and dir history from configuration dialog. At least, you may set for this separate INI read-only attribute - so it won't be saved.

You could use the History Editor.
It's part of the Ultra TC editors.
