Configuration/Options/Misc/Redefine hotkeys
Choose a hotkey; Shift+F12 for example. Now select cm_SwitchHidSys from the commands list and press the button to the right -> Done

Additional note: ALL internal TC-commands can be used through hotkeys. Just check out totalcmd.inc and the [shortcuts]-section in wincmd.ini, and you can add a bunch of new hotkeys in no-time!
