yes , cd-ripper plugin
besides ripping it also handles converting

Yeah, I've tried it, and it indeed does.. But only to the same directory... What I was after was something where I could easily select a group of files (with TempPanel) and then have them all converted in one go to my MP3 player... But it was still better than nothing :)
