starter - %p and %t as cygwin path

It would be very nice if TC could convert Windows paths to Cygwin paths.

E.G: "C:\Windows\system32" should become "/cygdrive/c/windows/system32"

Maybe as %p_cyg and %t_cyg

With this it would be very easy to use some of the cygwin tools from within TC.

You may use some external converter that will start your tools then. For all users that don't use cygwin this feature is useless.
