New cm_RereadTarget command

We have cm_RereadSource command that allows to refresh contents of source panel.

Suggestion is quite simple - to add cm_RereadTarget command that will allow to reread contents of target panel w/o switching to it.

As I see, #539 is not used now, so I think it may be assigned to this command (cm_RereadSource has #540).

Dear Mr. Ghisler, please answer, will such simple feature realized or not. It would be very useful in scripts etc to refresh target panel by sending simple command.

It's on my wish list, but there are a few 100 other wishes on it too. It will not be added to 7.55 because it requires translation, sorry.

I understand this. Maybe this may be added but translated later (like some undocumented feature - but you may add it to INC file)?
