Can't send unpacker window to background
If multiple archives are selected the button to send the window to the background does not apper. But if I unpack them one by one it appears.

Got it now
It's not a bug but a feature (since 7.50)
Have a look at v7.5 issue in archive extraction with external extractor

Sorry, this is not supported because Total Commander doesn't know at the beginning of the operation whether all the files are really zip or rar files. For example, they could be renamed 7zip files. TC would have to look into all of them first, which can take a LOT of time with some virus scanners.

Oh, OK then I understand. Then I'm just curious why couldn't all unpacking be made to run in the background?ghisler(Author) wrote:Sorry, this is not supported because Total Commander doesn't know at the beginning of the operation whether all the files are really zip or rar files.
