F2 to handle 'Background' button in progress dialogs

The suggestion is to handle F2 key to press ''Background" button in all dialogs where this button is available (Copy, Move, Remove files etc...):

It is an addition to the previous plugin & Total Commander request to handle F2 in Delete Confirmation dialog:
