Cannot edit in MSExplorer-address-Bar while TC deletes data

When TC has to delete a large amount of data and in the mean time I try to do some work in MS Explorer it is almost not possible to edit the path in the address bar of MS Explorer because it is flickering and refreshing endlessly.

Sounds like Explorer is constantly refreshing itself because of the file system changes. I don't think that I can do anything about that...
