The FTP moving feature in one connection/panel has been discussed earlier, but nobody mentioned the drag-n-drop with both mouse buttons pressed for a while - like local moving to directories. I believe WinSCP already has this, and it saves a lot of time - instead of using F6 and entering custom path.
Simple RENAME ftp command could be used for this (no FXP needed).
