bz2, file sizes and dates

TC with bz2-plugin(1.1) show wrong file sizes and dates in archive.
steps:
1. download http://mirrors.ipinfodb.com/ipinfodb/ip_database/current/ipinfodb_mul_table_full.sql.bz2
2. enter in archive via Ctrl-PgDown

file size inside archive = 94MB, but TC show 22 (as archive size)
+ TC show file date: 01/01/1601

This isn't a bug. The bz2 header does not store the size and date of the packed file. Therfore TC shows empty date and the size of the archive itself.
