Thread division for the File lists.

I suggest background threads for reading the file lists.

Whenever I wand to read a scratched CD, a corrupt SD-card or a temporary unavailable net resource the whole Total Commander is unusable for Minutes.

If this would be in a separate thread or task, the other file list would be still available and maybe a cancel button.
