"Background" option for "Find Files" dia

Dear Christian, many thanks for the the great product!

Please make the button "Background" for "Find Files" dialog when it's working.

Because when the search procedure have long time (30+ sec) we can waiting or start new copy of TC. It'n not a comfortable.
