Thumb view with Q-view: right mouse click

When I do right-click onto a file, file gets focused and selected. However, quick view window isn't updated, it continues to display previously focused file.
I think it may confuse user since q-view now shows not focused file.

If I remember correctly, this was done for making it faster to select files, and to not cause problems with the right click context menu when the viewer and the context menu try to access the file at the same time.

OK, it makes things clear... But maybe it would be better to have some option to update QV window (maybe after some delay)?
