Syncronize Directories on protected folders

There was a rights escalation issue that was fixed in a beta a couple of months ago, but part of the problem remains: a Syncronize Dirs command on folders that are protected (read-only or no access) with rights escalation will not give any error, but it will not select any files to copy from one to the others. I have no idea why this happens, the size of the folders is reported to have differences but there is no file in the list to be copied from left to right or viceversa.
