Looking for: folder selection based on filter

I am looking for some tool that allows to select certain folders based on filter which describes if selected folders contain/not contain some file, filetype etc.

is there anything like this?

Try the plugin Empty wdx:

You need to edit the file EmptyWDX.ini , e.g.:
[WDXContains]
1_filter=xyz
1_type=0
1_Name=File search
