FTP percent calculation

When downloading a file with FTP a percentage complete shows 100% even when a file is NOT yet downloaded completely. I think the problem is with rounding when calculating this.

I tried this with a local copy and 100% is displayed when file is copied completely.

This is just a rounding problem (rounding to the nearest number). Many programs do that...

Yes, but 100% means complete. So it should display 99% until it really finishes.
