Music Notation Viewer Plug-ins

I'm wondering whether any plug-ins exist or whether anyone has plans to develop extensions for viewing musical notation. I regularly use such programs as Powertab (.ptb), MuseScore (.mscx), Tuxguitar (.gp3 and .gp4), TefView (.tef), Fronimo (.ft3) and others. It would be very helpful to have a single viewer which can display notation and tablature under the many extensions such programs create.
