Feature request: Bring on top when called from cmdline

Is just a litte thing,

is possible to bring on top totalcommander when called from cmdline

In both cases:
totalcmd.exe /O /L=c:\ /R="d:\doc"

totalcmd.exe /N /L=c:\ /R="d:\doc"

Maybe is my OS ;), I'm using XP home.

It seems to work on WinXP Pro.
