Synchronize Directories + Ctrl-F3

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Synchronize Directories + Ctrl-F3

context menu of selected directory in "Synchronize Directories" has disabled "Compare left & right", bug hot key (Ctrl-F3) is not disabled! ;)

This isn't a bug, I was asked to keep Ctrl+F3 enabled even if there was no file on the left and/or right side, so users could compare other files via >> button.
