Lister can't be closed with ESC

Step to reproduce:
1) Open a file with Lister
2) Press 'F3' and try to find NON-EXISTING string in file -> "Not Found" message box will appear
3) Open an another file with Lister
4) New Lister's window cannot be closed with ESC until message box is shown in the first window.

Bug found in TC 6.58, also present in 7.55a
No plugins installed
WinXP Pro SP3

That is a known behavior which is currently not possible to circumvent. There have been some threads about it already.
