The tool XSubst is only listed on the German toolsite of www.ghisler.com.

Maybe you can add it to French and English too, because the software offers both languages too.

If I remember correctly, the page was only in German when I added the tool, so English speaking users would have had great difficulties to download it. It seems that they added English now, so I can add a link now.
