For those of you that use this program to access information from your I-phones, it's my understanding that you'll only see the media directory if the phone is not jailbroken (all the worse when Apple issues an update, as they did tonight). I found a bunch of jpg's on the phone and was able to transfer them to my PC, however they are not visible not even with Irfanview and all it's plugins.
