Help with Palm Serial Transfer plugin

I dusted off my old Palm T3 and tried to use the serial transfer plugin. However, the error that I get reads: USBPort.dll not found (need version 4.3 or newer). I have version 4.4 and I copied it to both the TC directory and the plugin directory to no avail. Am I missing something?

Here with TX works as it should.
Do you have also installed the part on the Palm device itself?

I found the problem. It doesn't work under Win 7. For what it's worth, Palm Quick Install doesn't work under Win 7 either.
