File tooltip

Lots of time the filename are longer than what is visible in the file window, and you can't scroll horizontally.

Just like in Windows Exploere when you hover over a file for a second or two, it will show a little grey box showing the file information: name, type, date etc.

1) Configuration \ Display \ [x] SHow filename in file list as tooltip if truncated.
2) on the same page there is a small [+] button in the bottom right corner. Press it, choose file type and specify any fields you like.
