Synchronise directories - exclude folder and subfolders

I've tried to search this forum, but looks like there is no such request or problem.

When synchronising directories, sometimes I have to exclude content of a specific folder and all of its subfolders from copy/delete operations. After compare, when I have a list of files which differs between two directories, I can right-click on a specific section, showing files in a specific directory, then all files from this section are selected and then I can choose to clear the choice or decide that files from right panel should be copied to the folder in right panel instead of deleting them.

But imagine, if you want to exclude a folder containing several files, several subfolders with many files and subfolders, these subfolders contains even more files and subfolders... I have to go to every section ad click, decide, click, decide and so on...

I cannot save the current choice as a syncing option for further use, because it happens with different directories.

I see two options:
1. Additional position in menu "Select this folder and all subfolders" - after use, all files in this folder and all subfolders are selected, then I can right-click again and choose an action.
2. If you right-click on a section with key like Shift/Ctrl/Alt pressed, all the files and subfolders are selected, then I can choose an action for all of them.

I hope that I'm not trying to discover America with this request

1. You may try to filter them using ignore list (Configuration - Ignore list) - just fill it with needed content and enable it before opening sync dialog.

2. Try to filter files/folders by names using filter field in sync dialog (between fields with folder paths to be synchronized) - type something like *.* | abc\ to ignore abc folders. You need to press Compare button after editing filter.

Well, looks it works, but it is not a very convenient solution. After entering a folder name to exclude, I have to press "Compare" again, then another folder to exclude appears, I have to enter it's name again, then hit the button again and so on.

It doesn't help if I would like to change default action (from "delete" to copy", for instance) for several folders. In this case, I have to browse list again and mark those folders and all of it's sub-folders manually.
