Hello Christian, please made a command in menu to load
saved position of the main window (the same as ConfigSavePos).
It is very useful when screen resolution was changed.
Load the saved position and size

You can use one settings for all screen resolution by add ResolutionSpecific=0 under Configuration section
Help wrote:ResolutionSpecific
0= Resolution-specific data like font style+size are stored in a single section called [AllResolutions].
1= Resolution-specific data is stored in sections like [1024x768 (10x20)].
I'm sorry, but I meant another situation...
This command is needed NOT to adapt the window to different
resolution, but to restore the window size after the moment when
the screen resolution was changed to another and after that
returned back!
Ex.: I starting a game or a demo, which turns on 1024x768...
It's playing... then ended.
The resolution is back to 1680x1050, but I see TC window is
pretty small and moved to the corner
and the only way to restore its position and size is to close TC
and start it again! (or move/size the window manually)
It would be more convenient to have a command for such situations,
which restores resolution-specific (or non-specific) position and size
of the main window without restart.

I think the recommendations are saying that having to hit a button (or whatever) every time that this occurs is counter-intuitive, since other solutions exist.
In my case, I have used TC for so long that the .ini contains a saved setting for resolutions dating back to 800x600, so -any- program that wonks my screen never affects TC as it returns to the correct orientation once returned, or even when I alt-tab away from the offending application (wish XP handled its icons that well).
So I am not sure if this will work for your specific situation, but if you alt-tab back to the desktop and orient TC to a correct location, choose configuration/save position, the problem you are experiencing should go away when you return to the game and then exit from it back to windows. Alternative is to manually set your resolution to the offending values of the game and set it then.
Long and short, do the PITA way I have described once, rather than hitting a 'please put TC back where I want it' button over and over.
Hope I understood you and that this helps.
