Saving output from file compare

I really like the file compare utility built into Total Commander. I had a boss at a former job who liked it so much she bought 5 licenses for the office.

What I'd like to see is a way to save the output from doing a compare other than doing screenshots. Especially in color so the differences are in red like the original screen. Could be as HTML or RTF or Abi Word or Open Office.

This has been suggested before - the problem is the necessary width for long file names...
