In the Synchronize directories screen there is an "ignore date" option. I guess it exists mainly because there are known problems with file dates and daytime saving in Windows.
Why not to add the Synchronize Dates command or a "dates only" option to the synchronize command? It will fix the dates problems quickly and allow not to use the ignore dates option next time the directories are synchronized.
Synchronize dates option

A)Configuration -> Options... ->Operation
NTFS daylight saving correction:
[x] Ignore 1 hour time delay
B) Synchronize directories:
Context menu of selected files:
"Copy file properties -> (left to right)... Ctrl Alt +L"
"Copy file properties <- (right to left)... Ctrl Alt +R"
[x] Timestamp (date+time)
In most case you don't need B if A is checked.
