Can you please explain what you are trying to do?

I'm trying to copy a root folder from a tar.gz compressed file into another folder on my drive.
TC first warns me about operation must be done using administrator rights, after I click on "as administrator" it crash.

The compressed file is drupal-7.0.tar.gz, a free CMS.
The destination folder is c:|inetpub|wwwroot|, the default path for IIS7
I'm using "|" instead of "\" 'cause is understood by board as an URL!

Sorry for bad english but I'm a registered user from Italy!
